Serve as primary system administrator for MPWA’s compensation management software.
Support development of compensation communications and tools to help employees understand their total rewards package.
Support annual compensation processes including annual salary review and bonus cycles.
Perform analysis on current and future compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and as well as internal and external competitiveness and equity.
Support and enhance monthly human resources reporting.
Partner with Human Resource and cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide compensation projects and initiatives.

Familiarity with data-driven creative optimization and performance reporting.
Experience with compensation management software is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
