  • Participate in project meetings, contributing to design discussions and quality assurance efforts.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes and produce integrated solutions.
  • Produce accurate and coordinated BIM models and drawings in line with Arup and Singapore standards.
  • Apply digital workflows and support the continuous improvement of BIM processes and practices.
  • Take ownership of specific work packages, delivering outputs to agreed deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in Revit (essential); familiarity with Navisworks, Tekla, Dynamo, or Grasshopper is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward delivering high-quality outputs.
  • A diploma or tertiary qualification in Engineering/Drafting, and experience in structural BIM within a consultancy or design environment.
