- Conduct technical reviews of contractor and vendor ITS submittals and shop drawings.
- Advise on technical specifications, integration requirements, and tender documentation related to ITS.
- Provide expert guidance on ITS maintenance requirements and training for client stakeholders.
- Coordinate with road, electrical, communication, and civil engineering teams for seamless system integration.
- Supervise ITS installation, commissioning, and testing activities during construction.
- Oversee ITS-related inspections, punch-lists, and acceptance testing during handover and DLP.
- Lead the ITS design and review process from feasibility through detailed design and construction.

- Bachelor’s Degree (Master's preferred) in Electrical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

- Familiarity with local Riyadh/Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and international ITS standards.
