Tasks

This entry-level role is designed for aspiring Drafters looking to build a rewarding career in residential plan documentation. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you’ll learn to prepare accurate architectural drawings and documentation, supporting the design and delivery of high-quality homes. -Collaborate with Sales, Design, Estimating, and Construction teams to understand workflows -Assist our Drafting Team processing working drawings and documentation for residential projects -Learn to ensure your drawings meet compliance, buildability, and customer requirements -Maintain organised digital records and learn industry-standard drafting procedures -Assist our Drafting Team with scheduling, communication & overflow drawing tasks -Support drafting reviews and help resolve design or compliance issues under supervision

What You Bring

-Completed or currently studying a related qualification in Building Design, Architecture, or similar -Keen eye for detail and a passion for learning -Loan Market Elevate – expert financial solutions to support our customers’ property journeys -Highly organized with strong ability to multitask -Organised, motivated, and eager to develop your career in residential design -Basic understanding of drafting principles and construction documentation -Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit (training provided) -Strong communication and teamwork skills
