
As Change Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and operating the programme’s Change Management framework — ensuring robust control, consistency, and transparency across all change activity. Working within a joint client team, you’ll collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and delivery partners to ensure all programme changes are effectively managed, recorded, and communicated.

The position is offered on a hybrid basis, typically working three days per week in Glasgow City Centre and two days remotely.
