- Drive operational excellence by managing resources effectively and delivering exceptional service levels while meeting financial and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) benchmarks
- Manage off-site storage and third-party locations, ensuring efficient coordination of cylinder packages and maintaining stock accuracy
- Ensure compliance with accredited standards, including ISO 17020, and maintain UKAS and Notified Body certifications through successful audits
- Oversee preparation processes, ensuring accuracy within the cylinder tracking system and compliance with required standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment by supporting the development of employees through training, upskilling, and competency programs.
- Actively seek process improvements by implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to optimize departmental performance.
