Lead daily operations of soft services, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with housekeeping executives to refine workflows and implement best practices.
Lead and manage all aspects of landscape upkeep across the property, ensuring consistent quality, health, and visual appeal of green spaces.
Prepares and manage annual budget for submission
Conduct regular inspections to assess service adequacy, safety protocols, and maintenance needs.
Analyze complaints and implement corrective actions.
Train and brief staff on operational procedures and service benchmarks.
Manage tenant relationships and align service delivery with client expectations.
Oversee housekeeping and pantry services, ensuring adherence to SOPs and defined standards.
Monitor daily horticultural activities including lawn care, pruning, irrigation, pest control, and seasonal planting.
Develop site-specific housekeeping schedules and eco-friendly initiatives.
Strategically plan and manage property services, common area upkeep, and support functions.
Act as the primary liaison for tenants and clients, ensuring responsive communication and alignment with service expectations.

At least 8 years of relevant experiences in property management, conversant with local building codes and regulations.
Possess sound knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
Degree in Building Maintenance, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Possess good working knowledge of fit-out projects, landscape and operations
Excellent team player with strong initiatives, communication and interpersonal skills.
