- Ensure all designs comply with the NCC, WA R-Codes, planning regulations, and energy / sustainability standards
- Engage with clients to understand needs, present design proposals, and make revisions as required
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met
- Design single storey residential homes, modern and functional, with strong visual appeal
- Contribute to and maintain a standard design library (typical plans, details, finishes)
- Produce full concept plans, schematic design, developed design, documentation, and working drawings
- Liaise with structural engineers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges
- Create realistic visualisations / renders using Twinmotion (or similar) to convey design intent
- Stay up to date with industry trends, building methods, materials, and software tools.
