Guardian Security Services is seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge for luxury communities in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential hospitality and will be responsible for delivering excellent member service while maintaining professional relationships.
The role requires an outgoing, high‑energy, and professional individual who enjoys problem solving and can efficiently manage the front desk. The position offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour and a Monday‑through‑Friday shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have prior residential concierge experience, preferably managing 250 + units and using systems such as BuildingLink, Yardi, Rent Café, or Entrata. Strong written and oral communication, computer literacy, a neat appearance, and the ability to multitask and provide superior customer service are essential.
The company expects flexible, open‑availability scheduling, including weekends, and requires punctual attendance, strong planning and organizational skills, and thorough knowledge of local attractions and transportation options. All hires must successfully complete a background investigation and reference check.
