Serve as a go-to resource for special projects across the business.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and cost modeling (e.g., evaluating insurance benefit changes, operational cost impacts).

Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and present operational and financial data.
Support the Accounting Manager and collaborate closely with leadership across One Elmington, including Property Management, Accounting, and Operations.

Identify inconsistencies in data and processes; develop recommendations to prevent errors and improve accuracy.
Build, improve, and automate financial templates and reporting tools (e.g., budget planning templates, financial reporting models).

Travel up to 10% of the time.
