Change management expertise
Advanced CAD software expertise (Siemens NX)
Advanced engineering workflow design
Running work packages in complex organisations – Engagement Mangement skills
Cross-functional communication
Requires working from the office a minimum of 3 days per fortnight (i.e., at least 3 days every two weeks)
Data management and digital thread implementation
Consulting methodology proficiency
3D modeling and simulation capabilities
Understanding of digital transformation methodologies
Product lifecycle management (PLM) tools knowledge (Teamcenter)
Technical presentation and communication skills
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
