- Valid Canadian drivers licence with access to transportation for site reviews and inspections
- The ability to adapt to and adhere to internal and external REVIT/CAD and design standards;
- Registered (or eligible to register as) member of Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EBGC) or that of a recognized Professional Engineering Association in Canada
- Available to work outside of the office on an occasional basis
- 2+ years experience as a Mechanical EIT working on Buildings projects.
- Entry level knowledge of Revit Building Systems and AutoCAD 2D;
- University degree in mechanical engineering
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in the English language.

The expected salary for this position is from $70,000 to $80,000 based on the richness and diversity of the candidate’s experience, training, skills and internal equity. The position or associated salary could vary depending on the profile of the candidate.
