The role carries overall responsibility for the timely completion of maintenance and reactive tasks on client assets, acting as the first line of response for mechanical, electrical, and fabric issues. It includes regular inspections, record‑keeping to national standards, and ensuring work meets quality, budget, and client satisfaction targets while coordinating with subcontractors and the FM account manager.
