Serve as a trusted guide for the culture and behavior shifts required in an AI-augmented HR function
Partner with teams across People & Places to provide just-in-time enablement, training, and change management during AI tool rollouts — ensuring smooth adoption and behavior change aligned to our responsible AI principles
Develop role-based enablement content for COEs, HRBPs, HR Ops, and leadership — spanning productivity tools, new AI Saas tools, AI copilots, and HR-specific use cases
Partner with L&D, Change, and Comms to ensure cohesive, scalable enablement across the org
Track adoption, skill progression, and feedback to evolve training in alignment with maturity
Design and lead the AI Enablement Plan for all of PPL, focused on equipping HR teams to use AI tools effectively and responsibly
Facilitate learning programs, toolkits, demos, and coaching to build AI fluency and digital confidence
Parachute into PPL teams that are implementing AI transformation tools to ensure tools are leveraged and new processes are understood

Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with a focus on adult learning principles
Prior experience working in a global, cross-functional HR environment
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to tailor content for various personas
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) or instructional design
