The Plastic Manufacturing Technician is responsible for packaging, labeling, and performing visual quality inspections of products on the production line. The role supports line operators with start‑ups, shutdowns, and tooling changeovers while partnering to meet production goals, and requires flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed.
Key job skills include self‑motivation, the ability to work independently, high energy in a fast‑paced environment, reliability, teamwork, basic mathematical ability, and a willingness to learn new skills. Preferred candidates have prior industrial or manufacturing experience.
Physical demands involve extended periods of labor in varying temperatures, full range of motion—including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting, and mounting/dismounting equipment—and the ability to stand, move, and handle finished goods throughout an 8‑12‑hour shift.
