  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support roles at the community.
  • Learn the programs/activities industry and best practices in senior well-being and how the pieces of the puzzle fit together.
  • Help the Director set up, tear down for, and implement creative activities, outings and programs that enrich our resident’s lives.
  • Promote participation in activities and help foster social connectedness between residents.
  • Operate Company's 14-passenger vehicle and SUV to transport residents on outings/personal and doctors' appointments.

  • Impeccable communication abilities – both written and oral.
  • Resourcefulness – ability to work independently when needed AND as a member of collaborative team.
  • Must be able to safely drive 14-passenger non-CDL bus.
  • Above-average skills in the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service while developing rapport with residents, visitors and coworkers.
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Outgoing personality! You have to enjoy – truly enjoy –interacting with people in all mediums (via e-mail, phone, and face-to-face).
