The Mobile Technician role at JLL involves serving as a key technical specialist who maintains commercial buildings at peak operational condition across multiple locations. Operating from a company vehicle, you will independently perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy‑efficiency improvements on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. This role supports JLL’s commitment to exceptional property management and identifies cost‑saving opportunities that impact client satisfaction and building performance.
The position requires independent planning and execution of work assignments across multiple facilities, with minimal supervision. You will use computer‑based CMMS technology to manage work orders and maintain accurate service records, and you will interact regularly with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates must have at least five years of technical experience in commercial building engineering, strong HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair skills, a valid state driver’s license and an EPA 608 certification. A high school diploma or GED, proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, and strong written and verbal communication abilities are also required.
This position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. The role is based on‑site in Memphis, TN, and you will operate from a company vehicle to serve multiple properties.
