Collect & submit all required information to quotes team to quote customer digital projects
Review customer provided art images to confirm suitability for print to wall coverings
Facilitate proactive communication with customers & field sales representatives regarding assigned customer digital projects
Manage project timelines
Conduct intake for digital project requests to determine requirements
Using designated tools & platforms execute level one design activities meeting customer requirements, including but not limited to: image searches, image generation, perform minor image resizing/cropping
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software; experience with project management or service management systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
Prior experience in the wallcovering, architectural products, or commercial interiors industry is a plus.
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or design-related environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Must be able to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs safely
Experience with advanced graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly) is a preferred
Background in graphic design is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
