Multifamily Project Executive

Description

• Uphold Thompson Thrift’s core values and mentor team members to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Provide leadership and training opportunities to team members, supporting their growth and professional advancement.
• Work with local authorities and key stakeholders to resolve project challenges and maintain smooth progress.
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring scheduling, cost management, and quality control.
• Maintain accurate project cost projections and manage subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure project adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with the project management team and provide leadership from start to finish.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive project management experience in multifamily construction.
• Expertise in construction methods, scheduling, cost accounting, and project estimating.
