Assist the Contracts Manager with Pre work inspections, set-ups and post inspections of work completed
You will be responsible for assisting the Contracts Manager in the supervision of up to 16 operatives
Delivery of regular toolbox talks
Health and Safety reporting. You will complete on site welfare checks including monitoring safe ways of working, PPE, tool/equipment inspections.
You will be taking responsibility and handling the day-to-day operational queries and decisions
You will be assisting in the day to day running of all planned work streams

Qualified to an NVQ level 2 or similar, in a core trade, preferred but not essential
Good knowledge of basic IT skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional attitude towards work, and the ability to lead and get the best out of your team
The possession of a full current UK Driving Licence, which is essential to undertake the Foreperson role.
