- Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with all specifications and quality standards
- Perform advanced manufacturing and assembly operations according to established procedures and quality guidelines
- Troubleshoot equipment and machinery issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation
- Operate robotic machinery and automated equipment used in the manufacturing process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment, always watching out for yourself as well as others
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet all production and quality goals
- Conduct quality inspections of parts and assemblies to identify defects or deviations, and immediately correct any defects found
