In this position you will work with the Business Unit Director and Practice Group Manager to expand the Living practice regionally, leveraging existing relationships and the firm’s global expertise. You will develop and maintain key internal and client relationships, lead cross‑disciplinary collaboration, and oversee proposal development and project presentations. As a subject‑matter expert, you will inspire confidence, mentor staff, and provide hands‑on leadership throughout project design, coordination, and delivery.
Candidates must hold an accredited architectural degree (a Master’s is preferred) and be a licensed architect in North Carolina. At least 12 years of experience on large, complex, multidisciplinary projects, existing relationships in the Living sector, and strategic leadership skills are required. Proficiency in Revit and CAD and a comprehensive understanding of project coordination under demanding deadlines are essential.
