We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations and support daily community functions.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of assistant manager experience in the apartment industry, strong sales and leasing abilities, excellent customer service and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends. Social media or marketing content creation experience, a stable work history, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proximity to the property are also required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
