The Sr. Inside Sales Representative serves as the front‑line contact for telephone and walk‑in customers, understanding their equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders. The role also supports dispatch logistics and may train other team members, requiring strong administrative abilities and a professional attitude at all times.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, and have relevant experience in equipment rental or a related degree. Strong customer service, telephone, computer, and administrative skills are essential, and bilingual ability is a plus in some locations.
