Maintain project tracking systems and generate progress, budget, and timeline reports

Serve as a liaison between the CA team, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate communication

Organize, track, and distribute construction-related documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and change orders

The ability to work independently and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred

Excellent time-management and organizational abilities

2+ years of administrative experience—preferably in construction, architecture, or engineering

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with project or document management tools like Procore, Newforma, or Bluebeam is a plus

Familiarity with construction-phase documentation (RFIs, submittals, AIA forms) is a plus

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Coordinator to provide critical administrative and coordination support to our Construction Administration team. This role is essential in facilitating smooth communication, document tracking, and progress monitoring during the construction phase of our projects. You’ll play a key role in supporting multiple stakeholders and keeping projects moving efficiently and compliantly.This role supports one of our most client-facing teams, and your work will directly impact the success of our projects. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
