Intern, DTH Competitions & Incentives

Description

• Maintain organized inventory of prizes and promotional items.
• Provide feedback to enhance fairness, excitement, and rep engagement.
• Document best practices and maintain competition process guides.
• Identify opportunities to streamline competition operations.
• Assist in creating competition calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies in scores or eligibility.
• Assist with Prize Pick-Up events and other incentive distribution initiatives.
• Ensure clear and timely communication of competition details to sales teams and leadership.
• Monitor competition performance, participant activity, and results.
• Compile reports and performance recaps for leadership.
• Support Q&A management for sales reps regarding rules, standings, and prize eligibility.
• Draft engaging competition announcements, updates, and end-of-round communications.
• Support development of competition rules, eligibility guidelines, and scoring structures.
• Coordinate with BI, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure accurate scoreboard updates.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience with Airtable and keynote, BI tools bonus
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
