The Inside Sales Representative, also called an Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front line for telephone and walk‑in customers, identifying equipment needs and placing orders. This role requires strong administrative abilities and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative negotiates rentals and provides expert guidance on construction and industrial equipment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with construction and industrial tools. Prior equipment‑rental experience, strong customer service and telephone skills, and solid computer and administrative abilities are preferred. Completion of the DOT qualification process and bilingual proficiency are advantageous but not mandatory.

Base pay ranges from $20.31 to $24.12 per hour, varying by location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees become eligible for benefits after 30 days, including health, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) match, and various insurance options.
