Quality assurance experience
Technical qualifications or time-served experience across key disciplines: asbestos, legionella, fire, electrical, DSEAR, fuels, gas (some but not all necessary)
RP Legionella / Role of the Responsible Person

Solid planning and analysis capabilities
Health & Safety expertise (IOSH Managing Safely level)
Strong knowledge of building services and statutory regulations (SFG20, CDM, Fire, Gas, etc.)
Confident IT and CAFM asset management system skills (ideally Maximo)
