Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements including building codes, construction types, accessibility, and Life Safety.
Experience using Revit preferred.
Experience managing + evaluating design to budget, and leading value engineering efforts, permitting process and reviews, and projects from design development through construction and handover.
Experience and skill in both traditional DBB as well as D+B or progressive D+B delivery methods.
US Citizenship is required.
Demonstrates mature judgment in anticipating and solving both routine and unusual operations problems, determining operational objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing standards and guides for diverse architectural activities.
Recent relevant experience as a Senior level Project Architect/Technical Architect
Experience in working with project delivery including CM or CMAR.
BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Licensed Architect in the United States required
Experience in software platforms including Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Adobe, and/or similar.
Initiates and maintains contact with senior-level management within the company and is skilled in dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issues. At this level, the individual will have demonstrated understanding of project delivery requirements, creativity, foresight, working with a multi-disciplinary team to meet project goals and deliver high quality technical excellence.
