Work closely with senior estimators to update databases, benchmark costs, and refine estimation models.
Review and analyse project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and clarify technical queries.
Maintain clear and accurate records of PIR reports, drawings, pictures, cost sheets, etc.
Contribute to post-tender reviews and lessons learned exercises.
Support the remediation tender process by ensuring all documentation is logged, updated, and easily retrievable. Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for electrical upgrade and construction projects, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor elements.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety requirements, and industry standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential); Maximo, experience with estimating software advantageous.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Degree (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying (ME focus),
