You will oversee the running of the canteen facility including the preparation and cooking of food and beverages, ordering of all food and non-food items for service provision; to be particularly responsible for strict personal hygiene and the hygiene of Staff ensuring compliance with work performance governing environmental health regulation, menu, and stock control. Ensure efficient and friendly service, and there is always effective communication with the Account Manager.
For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a re-location package with this job role. Certain roles may require applicants to undergo a Disclosure check, as noted in the role requirements.
This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm with 30 in lunch break

Equans is recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to join our team in the Cleveland & Durham Police Tactical Training Centre, Urlay Nook Stockton on Tees, TS16 0QB. This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. On offer is salary of £26,886.38 per annum and benefits package.
