Description

The HR Administrator role is based in Aberdeen within the Subsea Services HR team. As the first point of contact for employee queries, you will provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate records, and timely communication with payroll and other departments.

• Maintain employee records and update internal HR and finance systems
• Manage onboarding and probation processes
• Prepare HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
• Coordinate with Payroll to provide employee information and conduct checks
• Handle HR inbox and respond to employee queries promptly
• Serve as focal point for HR‑related employee questions
• Generate reports on HR data
• Revise company policies as needed
• Administer employee benefits, produce monthly reports and liaise with external providers

Requirements

• Relevant business/administrative qualification (desirable)
• Minimum two years experience in an HR or office environment
• High computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel and HRIS (Workday experience desirable)
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑moving environment
• Proven planning and organizational skills to manage changing and conflicting demands
