- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring effective communication.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and coordinating multidisciplinary infrastructure projects using advanced digital engineering tools and methodologies.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in the design and delivery of highway and rail bridges, stations, and associated civil and utility structures.
- Post-Graduation in Civil/Structure EngineeringActively progressing towards professional licensure, such as P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) in Canada or PE in the United States
- Comprehensive experience in BIM processes, common data environment management, and integration of digital design and drafting tools (e.g., Revit, MicroStation, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Strong project management skills, including resource planning, risk management, and financial oversight.
- Extensive experience leading design teams and managing multidiscipline infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in the design and delivery of major prestressed and steel composite bridges, including complex and non-standard structures.
- Advanced knowledge of Canadian (CSA/NBC) and US (AASHTO/ACI) design standards, as well as delivery processes in the ANA (Atlantic North America) region.
- Highly skilled in structural analysis and design using software such as MIDAS, ROBOT, STAAD, LEAP Bridge, RAM Connection, and others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
