In this role you will receive and review leads from the Marketing team, gather information from potential customers, and schedule initial appointments. You will work with a Technical Representative to assess customer needs and measurements, then prepare and present sales proposals. Ongoing telephone and email contact with customers will follow, along with scheduling additional office visits and preparing progress reports for management.
The ideal candidate has prior construction or industrial sales experience and familiarity with commercial roofing. Experience with Salesforce CRM and roofing estimating is preferred, as is a proven track record of growing market share. Success in this position requires a tenacious drive to sell, strong problem‑solving abilities, solid mathematics and computer skills, and excellent organizational, time‑management and follow‑up capabilities.
