Leading developer, owner and investment manager of luxury multifamily communities in Arizona and Nevada
Oversee multiple multifamily communities, drive ops, budgets, and team performance.
Participate in daily meetings to ensure operational efficiencies and interdepartmental communication.
Develop and maintain leasing goals and effective lease expiration programs.
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to maximize the financial potential of the assets.
Maintain product knowledge of Mark-Taylor communities as well as market conditions for competitor communities.

3+ years of experience as a Property Manager, District Manager, General Manager, or Regional Manager in a multi-family setting is required.
Operational Experience: Proven experience overseeing daily operations, improving processes, and implementing strategic initiatives, typically gained over 3 - 5 years.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Capability to develop and execute business strategies and plans.
