Coordinating community relations for infrastructure projects, managing correspondence, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
Liaise with colleagues and client stakeholders to resolve issues or delays in correspondence workflows
Assist in preparing for audits and reviews Provide training and support to team members on protocols and systems relating to community focused communications
Ensure all correspondence is tracked and responded to within required timeframes, in line with the clientās public complaints and enquiries process

Prior experience in correspondence management, document control or project administration
Competent in the use of MS Office applications and document management systems
Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise under pressure
Familiarity with project reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel dashboards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Experience working in a construction or infrastructure project environment
Be able to quickly source and interpret technical information from a variety of sources and translate into customer-friendly written communications
