- Update and maintain inspection plans, recipes, and RM data
- Manage Management of Change (MOC) transitions from R&D to production
- Set and audit rework and batch adjustment protocols
- Create and maintain NPI recipes
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and scale-up efforts, including onsite support
- Investigate batch quality issues
- Maintain RM substitutes and ingredient pools in SAP
- Communicate product updates and changes to plant teams
- Oversee experimental batches until commercial launch
- Provide cross-plant training and support for global and North American Hot Melt manufacturing
- Standardize testing and processes across similar facilities
- Conduct RM and finished goods recertification
- Monitor projects at Willow Lake through regular meetings and Stage Gate Reviews
- Collaborate with Operations, Strategic Sourcing, and other support functions to improve customer satisfaction, reduce defects, and enhance productivity
- Manage raw material (RM) projects from Willow Lake Lab and Strategic Sourcing
- Perform lab testing and coordinate technician support
- Validate, standardize, and optimize new processes

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Support and understand Hot Melt production processes
- Experience in global manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with Stage Gate processes and MOC protocols
- Ability to travel up to 10-20% for plant support and scale-up activities
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality systems
- Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific discipline
