The Summer Intern in Operations for the Life Sciences Business Unit will gain hands‑on exposure to facilities management within a life‑sciences setting, collaborate with multiple internal teams, and apply data‑driven analysis to support operational decisions. The role also includes preparing reports and presentations and participating in training to understand industry trends.
- Shadow facilities management professionals to learn daily operations and maintenance in life‑sciences environments.
- Collaborate regularly with HSSE, Quality, Performance Management, HR, and Brokerage teams to understand integrated service delivery.
- Conduct research and detailed data analysis to support operational decision‑making and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, client presentations, and documentation while supporting cross‑functional projects.
- Stay updated on life‑sciences operations trends, attend training sessions, and support ad‑hoc duties for broader exposure.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills for facilities operations support.

The internship runs from June 1 to August 7, 2026 at the Franklin Lakes, NJ office, requiring on‑site attendance. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program in a relevant field, have up to two years of research or operations experience, and possess strong collaboration, technical, and organizational skills. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is mandatory.
- Pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Possess 0–2 years of experience in research, analytics, or operations support.
- Exhibit strong collaboration and communication abilities across geographically dispersed teams.
- Show technical proficiency with SmartSheet, Tableau, Microsoft Office, and database systems (training provided).
