Production Planning Control

• Track project progress and identify bottlenecks to ensure timely completion.
• On-time delivery of projects
• Ensure timely release of cutting plans, shop drawings, and work orders.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and production departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, and materials to minimize delays and wastage.
• Maintain and update ERP / Excel-based dashboards for planning and tracking.
• Analyze fabrication drawings and determine material and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning and project deliveries.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams for material availability and dispatch planning.
• Prepare and monitor production plans, schedules, and material requirements as per project timelines.
• Support management in forecasting, capacity planning, and production analysis.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

• Strong knowledge of PEB fabrication and erection processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems / MS Project.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of steel manufacturing / fabrication planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
