Relevant experience in the design and delivery of civil engineering / urban development activities as part of buildings projects is essential, including surface water & foul water drainage, highways and utility design.
Expertise in software design methods such as MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, AutoCAD Civil3D, and integration with BIM models.
Experience in project management, including planning, programming, commercial management, and client relationship management.
Sound knowledge of design standards (e.g., SuDS, SfA, DMRB, Building Regulations).
Degree qualified with Chartered or Incorporated status, though candidates close to achieving chartered status will also be considered.
Technically competent in fundamental design principles and have ability to apply manual calculation methods where software methods are not available.
