Annual Revenue Figure
The company achieved significant revenue in 2020 across its core operations in oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.
Founded 1976
Year of Establishment
The company was established in Dubai, marking the beginning of its long-standing presence in the energy sector.
The company's core business revolves around EPCI contracting—engineering, procurement, construction, and installation—for oil & gas platforms, jackets, and drilling rigs.
In the early 2000s, the firm diversified into renewables, fabricating offshore wind foundations and liftboats for major wind farm developments.
With state-of-the-art yards in the UAE and a joint-venture yard in Saudi Arabia, it tackles some of the world’s most ambitious offshore energy projects.
Typical projects include jack-up rigs, land rigs, production decks, modular process skids, and large wind-farm transition pieces.
Engineering services span FEED, detailed design through to commissioning—covering structures, piping, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Notably, the company built Guinness World Record-breaking heavy lift decks and delivered vessels for both oil/gas and offshore wind contractors.
