You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Our Lobby Hosts are responsible for providing assistance and support to all Residents, their families and guests in the Lobby as well as on the Forecourt or on the Amenity levels of The Lana Residences, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Your responsibilities will be to deliver, collect and store luggage and packages for the Residents, their family and guests and ensure this is done seamlessly and efficiently allowing for any retrieval to be easy for any other team member.
You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.

Previous experience as a Bellman is preferred. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
