The Shop Foreman will work closely with all members of the Fleet Maintenance division to oversee and assist with day‑to‑day supervision, coordination, and performance of maintenance, service, and repair for the diverse processing equipment within GFL’s fleet. The role requires dependability, enthusiasm, organization, and the ability to consistently meet established standards and deadlines.
This is a “boots on the ground, tool in hand” position that requires hands‑on involvement in all shop activities.
Starting pay is $35 per hour with increases based on experience and qualifications. The regular shift is 2:30 pm–11 pm, Monday through Friday, with Saturday work as needed and overtime after 40 hours.
