Work closely with the Marketing Manager, sector leads, and Managing Director to shape studio positioning, narrative, and strategic direction.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency in business development and client relationship management.

A leading international architecture and design studio is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its London team. This new, strategic role is part of the wider communications team and focuses on shaping, implementing, and supporting the studio’s business development and growth strategy across the EMEA region.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with marketing, CRM tools, and business development processes is desirable.
Experience in international or multi-region markets is advantageous.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to shape narratives and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across multiple sectors.
Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or a related role, preferably in architecture, design, or professional services.

The studio operates a hybrid model with 3 days in-office and 2 days from home, based in Central London.
