You will be the leader in creating, promoting, and enforcing Okland’s exceptional safety culture.
Responsible for all planning, sequencing, scheduling, manpower, field coordination, forming systems, concrete placements, weekly labor/material/equipment management, material procurement, etc.., for your assigned project(s).
Partnering with the project superintendent to develop and maintain the project schedule and logistics plans.
Partner with the project manager to complete monthly cost projections.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all trade partner contract agreements, holding parties accountable while still being fair.
Ensures all Okland’s policies and procedures are implemented and followed by all personnel on the jobsite.
Ensure all work performed is completed on time and within budget while still delivering the highest level of quality our partners have grown to expect when working with Okland.
Lead teams both in the office and the field on the day-to-day operations of the project for the concrete scope of work.

Experience in managing both horizontal and vertical forming systems
General knowledge of construction sequencing and interface between construction materials.
