Contribute to the rehabilitation and construction of runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, roadways, NAVAIDS, fueling facilities, and security enhancements
Collaborate with a group of passionate engineers, designers, technicians, and planners to provide engineering services to airports across the country including small general aviation airports, large international commercial airports, and military bases
Support design and planning for a variety of complex site development and airfield design projects
Manage the entire lifecycle of projects from conceptual design through construction

Previous training or experience with Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD
Familiarity with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and procedures
Previous training or experience with ArcGIS
Minimum of 5 - 10 years of design experience related to aviation, municipal, and/or transportation projects; well-versed in the design of roadways, utilities, site grading, drainage and storm water management
Previous experience preparing proposals and contract documentation
In possession of a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Emerging interest or prior experience leading project teams and managing project scopes, schedules, financials, and technical requirements
Previous design experience with airfield or airport infrastructure projects
Proficiency preparing plan sets, specifications, and construction cost estimates
Registered as a Professional Engineer or the ability to obtain registration within six (6) months of employment
Flexibility to travel as needed (10-20%) for team meetings, client consultations, public meetings, site assessments/visits, marketing presentations/interviews, conferences, etc.; Occasional overnight travel may be required
