What you would be doing

Identify, develop, and implement innovative technologies and processes to advance SRP’s business objectives
Lead team’s operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating allocation of resources
Manage the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and support of PC’s, endpoint operating systems, softphones, smart phones, client hardware, software and peripherals
Monitor service levels and corrects performance issues as needed
Initiate and oversee projects
Work with stakeholders to define business and system requirements for new technology implementations
Direct personnel, administers performance feedback, and levels workload across team
Work closely with ITS staff, Operational Technology community, Business Unit IT community, and user community to identify opportunities and resolve problems
Ensure standard operational procedures and HDI practices
Responsible for managing staff and activities of the Workspace Technologies team
Direct research on potential technological solutions
Define and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders regarding pertinent Workspace Technologies activities
