Proven track record of establishing product components using Laser / VAAM technologies.
Strong knowledge of DfAM principles, CAD (e.g., Siemens NX, SolidWorks, CATIA), and topology optimization tools (e.g., Ansys, Altair Inspire).
Familiarity with AM processes such as SLM, EBM, DMLS, Binder Jetting, or FDM.
Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field from any Govt. Engineering college) with CGPA > 8.0
Knowledge of standards (ASTM, ISO) and qualification procedures for AM parts (desirable).
Understanding of material behavior in AM (metals, polymers, composites).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proven experience in Additive Manufacturing (metal or polymer), preferably in an industrial/R&D setting.
