- 3+ years of experience in construction management with experience in large commercial projects exceeding $10 million.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and shop drawings with a strong understanding of construction means and methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with estimation and change order processes.
