  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and post-training feedback sessions.

  • Ability to moderate large groups virtually and F2F Skills and

  • Proficiency in designing training content (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, e-learning tools).  Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take on varied challenges.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Operations, or similar roles.
